You can return striking tools to Rivendell Distribution within a set time frame, as long as they’re unused and still in their original packaging. Products returned within 10 days of receipt won’t have a restocking fee. If you return an item after 10 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply (unless stated otherwise), along with any freight charges for returning the product. All returns must be freight prepaid and in resalable condition to receive a merchandise credit minus the original shipping and handling costs.

After 45 days, we can’t accept returns because of the seasonal nature of our horticultural business. Drop ship products follow the vendor’s return policy, which may include restocking fees higher than 20%.
